The Blah Blah Blah radio show from last night (which will be last week)

Another day and another box of stolen pens…..nah only kidding. Last night’s show we (as in AD and I) debuted an unfinished track called ‘fucking up America’ from my side project Elrv La Vamp which I dubbed ‘Techno with slasher flicks’ as we used all the classic elements of techno and the awesome power of a Japanese powered 808 drum machine which AD programed and I did the 4 finger punk chords on the synths.

Other than that, this was a intelligent fanfare of italo house, disco, deep house, techno, acid and so on.

Elrv La Vamp will be working on another track in the new year and we’ll be cleaning up ‘Fucking up America’ with a dubstep version and a final version even though I hate dubstep and the DJs who play it……..but think of it as a cynical barb to an over saturated scene….besides we can’t be Djs forever you know.

On some sadder news……Panasonic have decided to cease production of the Technics 1200 as of February 2010, but rest assured that the Technics will forever live longer than any CDj out there on the market
